We are thrilled to announce that students from two of our classes have achieved first place in the categories of Best Informational Website and Best Song at this year’s U.S. Election Project. Out of over 400 participating classrooms from across Germany, it was our school that emerged victorious, delivering outstanding performances that stood out for their creativity and depth.

The project offered our students a unique opportunity to dive into the complexities of the U.S. election process. Each participating class was assigned a U.S. state, tasked with analyzing key social issues, and evaluating candidate positions to predict the election outcome for their state. Through independent research, students not only expanded their knowledge but also honed their analytical skills, presented their findings creatively, and ultimately showcased their efforts in an international competition.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to class 9.1 for winning the Best Informational Website award and to Saskia (Q1), Sydney (Q1), and Anneliese (Q1) for their incredible achievement in the Best Song category.
