The English advanced course of Mr. Rösener had the special opportunity to welcome Martina Kohl as a guest.
As a long-time Cultural Affairs Specialist at the U.S. Embassy, Ms. Kohl read from her fictional memoir Family Matters, which explores German-American relations and the lasting fascination with the United States.
After the reading, students engaged in an open discussion about culture, personal stories, and political developments. A key focus was the Trump era, which was critically discussed in a thoughtful and respectful way.
We sincerely thank Martina Kohl for her visit and the inspiring exchange!
