On the 27th of September, we had the opportunity to take part in the “Platypus” workshop, and it turned out to be an eye-opening and engaging experience. The workshop focused on sustainability and critical thinking, using creative and interactive methods to explore important global issues and our individual responsibility.

We started with an icebreaker to get to know each other, followed by activities that encouraged us to discuss and debate topics like limited resources and environmental responsibility. Through role-playing and group tasks, we had the chance to present our ideas and work together to find solutions. Using theatre as a tool for expression and collaboration, we started off with more lighthearted conversations and then moved on to more serious issues, like equal rights for all genders, which made for a thought-provoking transition.

A special thanks goes to the two girls who led the workshop, as they created a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere to keep us engaged and interested throughout the day. Their ability to mix fun with important topics made the workshop not only informative but also very enjoyable.

Overall, the workshop was an exciting blend of theatre and education, challenging us to think critically about modern issues while having fun in the process.
