Sometimes the biggest stories are right in front of us, but we choose not to look.
We, the Q2 English GK of Ms. Platonova, have spent the last few weeks looking underneath the surface of the British Empire. The result of our work is a new digital multimedia exhibition called “The Elephant in the Room.“
We are not talking about boring dates and facts from a history textbook. This project is about the invisible connection between colonial exploitation, lost identities and our world today. We wanted to uncover uncomfortable truths, fascinating objects and perspectives that standard schoolbooks often skip.
You should definitely check it out because this isn’t just a wall of text. It is a creative, visual experience where history comes alive. We want to show you how events from the past still shape our lives and culture right now, and we promise you will discover a few eye-opening moments that will change how you see the world.

Wir, der Q2 Englisch-Grundkurs von Frau Platonova, laden euch herzlich zu unserer digitalen Multimedia-Ausstellung „The Elephant in the Room“ ein.
In unserer Ausstellung beschäftigen wir uns mit dem Britischen Empire, Kolonialismus und den Spuren, die diese Geschichte bis heute hinterlässt.
